For applicants under the age
of 18, we also require the name and address (including postcode) of a parent or
guardian of the applicant, but this information is not stored or processed

supply a telephone number and email address (so that we can email you
newsletters and other information relevant to your membership) although this personal
information is not a condition of membership.
For members under the age of 18 who are taking part in
any events organised by Yarm Angling Limited specifically for junior members,
we will also ask you to provide a summary of any medical conditions, medicines
taken and emergency contact details (usually of a parent or guardian). This
information will not be stored or processed electronically, but may be
disclosed to emergency services if appropriate.
